Ways to Pay Rent:
1. Bring Check or Money Order to our office at 55 W 200 N Provo. Please make all checks out to Stone Properties, LLC. There is an after hours drop box outside of our office that you may also leave a check in. (Please do not leave cash in the drop box)
2. Bring Cash in person to our office at 55 W 200 N Provo. We do not carry change in the office. Any excess paid will be applied as a credit to your account.
3. Set up Bill Pay through your bank. The Payee will need to be Stone Properties, LLC. The Address 55 W 200 N, Provo UT 84601. Please make your account number your apartment name and unit number. Bill pay checks can take up to 10 days to get to us so please plan accordingly.
4. Pay with Venmo. Search for @scott-stone-32 and the account profile picture will be of a cougar. If the last four digits of the phone number are required, be sure to put in our office number. With Venmo’s new policy, selecting the “Goods & Services” option will require an added 2% fee.
5. Pay with Zelle. The email address used is moreinfo@cougarrentals.com.
6. Pay Online by clicking below. There is a 4% convenience fee to pay online. Please put the student name and apartment as the shipping address. Make sure the billing addresses matches the address that your bank has or the transaction will be denied. You will get a confirmation email when the transaction has processed successfully. We do not take American Express or foreign cards.
As a reminder, rent is due on the first of each month. We will charge a late fee if it has not been received by 5:00 on the 5th. The late fee is $30 plus $2 for every day that it is late for the “Rent by the room contracts” and $50 plus $5 for every day that it is late for the “Rent the entire apartment contracts”. If a check is being mailed it must be received by the 5th to be considered on time.
